Contact us about the apartment

You deal with us directly — no agency, no call centre, no booking form. Email or telephone, whichever you prefer.

How to reach us

Email or telephone

We are based in the United Kingdom, so calls are answered in UK time. Evenings and weekends are usually easiest, but there is a daytime number as well.

What to include

To give you a firm answer straight away, it helps to know:

  • The week or dates you are considering
  • How many people will be staying
  • Whether you have any particular requirements
  • A telephone number, if you would rather we rang you back

We do not take payment through this website, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Who you are dealing with

A privately owned apartment, let by its owners since 2003

Nerja Medina is a family apartment, not part of a rental portfolio or a management company. We have let it directly to guests since 2003, and the people who answer your email are the people who own it, clean it and know it inside out.

That has two practical consequences. The first is that you can ask us anything specific — which bedroom gets the morning sun, how far the nearest supermarket really is, whether something you need is in the kitchen — and get a truthful answer rather than a brochure line. The second is that we only let one apartment, so if the week you want is gone, it is genuinely gone.

Everything else about the apartment, the urbanisation and the area is set out across this site, starting with the apartment and Nerja Medina.
