1 · Ask about your dates
Email or telephone us with the week you have in mind and the number of guests. We will confirm availability straight away.
One weekly price for the whole apartment, whatever the season — and you book directly with us, with no agency in the middle.
| Season | When | Weekly rate |
|---|---|---|
| Low season | November to April, excluding Christmas and Easter | £165 |
| Mid season | May, June and October | £275 |
| High season | July to September, plus any week that includes Easter or Christmas | £360 |
Rates are per week for the whole apartment, sleeping up to four people. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling; we are happy to quote in euros if that is easier for you. Longer lets and out-of-season arrangements can usually be discussed — please just ask.
If there is something specific you need to know — bed linen and towels, arrival and departure times, parking, or whether we can accommodate a particular requirement — please ask us before you book and we will give you a straight answer.

If the dates are free we will hold them while you confirm your travel arrangements and we agree the details.
We will explain the deposit and balance arrangements at the time of booking, along with how to pay.
Before you travel we send out everything you need: the exact address, how to get in, and where to park.
We do not have an online booking system and we do not take payment through this website. Everything is arranged directly with us by email or telephone.
We keep the calendar ourselves rather than publishing one here, because dates move quickly in the summer. Send us the week you are interested in and you will get a personal answer — usually the same day.
We are based in the United Kingdom, so calls are answered in UK time.
Our rates are quoted in pounds sterling, because most of our guests travel from the United Kingdom and prefer to budget in sterling. If you would rather settle in euros, just say so when you enquire and we will quote you a euro price.
Once you are in Spain you will need euros for day-to-day spending — markets, beach bars and taxis are often cash-only. Cards are widely accepted in restaurants, supermarkets and shops in Nerja, and there are ATMs in the town centre. It is usually cheapest to withdraw euros from an ATM with a card that does not add a foreign-transaction fee, rather than changing cash at the airport.
