The Urbanisation was built in 2000, it is small and exclusive, being only two stories high it is not overcrowded; mainly houses, with only a few apartments, the community is largely residential. The communal walkways have beautiful raised borders with many exotic plants (Bananas, Cacti etc.); with fountains and water features. There is a garden area that has benches for just sitting and relaxing. With gates on all the entrances, this makes the whole site secure and private. All this less than one minute from the beach! There are two large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.
