Nerja Medina is a two bedroom ground floor apartment, in a small quiet Urbanisation in the town of Nerja, on the Costa Del Sol. Its was built in 2000 and is very close to the centre of the town with all its amenities. Less than 50 metres from the beach it will appeal to both old & young alike.

The lounge has 2 sofas,  a television & dresser, there are books and information about Nerja etc. it looks out to the patio area.

 

 

 

 

 

The sunny terrace has a table and chairs, and two sun beds. It is fairly private and a perfect place for Al fresco dining.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The American style kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, oven & hob, microwave Etc. Although with all the fine restaurants nearby it doesn't get a lot of use!

 

 

 

The dining area seats four people and is adjacent to the kitchen

 

There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large wardrobe with hanging space & drawers shelves etc. There is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The window leads to a small sun terrace, which is ideal for drying clothes. The second bedroom has twin  beds and a chest of drawers

 

The bathroom has a shower cubicle  & a bidet  (No bath)
